I was asking myself - what is future of "my" projects ? Does anyone need them ?

How did it end ?

I was playing today with Turbo C++ from Borland. After about 1 and half hour I had compiled Gammu+ with primitive GUI able to get root folders from phone filesystem. If everything will go fine, I will be able to publish it somewhere in next week (with all main filesystem issues like navigating, uploading/download, etc.).

• I had to enable at least simple antispam protections for all edits in gammu.org (I hope you will understand it). I will try to modify it and enable for IP edits only soon...

Again, some ''blog'' and some project related things.

Project:

Gammu 1.08.25 - mainly Michal's work, a lot of stuff for SE devices and OBEX, it must be tested & bugs removed now. I hope, that you will give a lot of feedback to Michal. There some other fixes too...

In Michal's code I had to remove strndup (replaced with malloc + memcpy) and make shorter file names (to 8+3)

• it looks, that communication between me and Michal is done more using blogs than emails now. It's good and bad.

Another page from the series "What is going on ?"

• I found debugger Visual C++ Express 2005. It's not comfortable, but enough. It looks, that I have to switch into this environment, because Microsoft will probably ignore my Visual C++ 2003 problem (described in one of earlier reports)
